How do you use a flea comb?
Comb gently through the clean and dry fur, preferably against the direction of the hair. The best places to check are the neck, groin, base of the tail, and behind the ears. Wipe the comb with a damp white tissue in between to make flea droppings visible (red-brown residue = blood).
