Returns
If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Below we explain how this works.
How does returning work?
- You have 14 days after receipt to register your return with our customer service.
- After registering, you'll receive a return label by email, which you can use to send back the package.
- You then have (at least) 14 days to actually send the product back.
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we refund the full order amount including shipping costs within (a maximum of) 14 days.
Return shipping costs
When dropping off the package, you pay the return shipping cost yourself. Is it a wrongly delivered or damaged product? Then the return costs are of course on us.
Conditions for returns
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, as far as reasonably possible.
- If the product is damaged or shows more signs of use than necessary to assess it, Fidello may apply a deduction for depreciation.
- Exception for medical items due to health risks.
Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom-made products or products personalised specifically for you.
- Hygiene products with a broken seal.
How do I register my return?
Send an email to klantenservice@fidello.nl with your order number and, optionally, the reason for the return. You'll then receive a return label by email.
Legal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. You will then be refunded the full order amount including the shipping costs of the original order. The costs of returning the product to the webshop are your own responsibility, unless it concerns a wrongly delivered or damaged product, in which case Fidello covers the return costs.
