An advent calendar for your pet has 24 doors, one for each day from 1 up to and including 24 December. Behind each door is a treat, sometimes a small toy. Here you will find advent calendars for dogs, for cats and for rabbits and other small pets.
Which one suits your pet?
- Dog: with biscuits, soft treats or dog chocolate made especially for dogs. There is also a calendar in a bucket with larger treats.
- Cat: with small cat treats or filled pillows. Handy for rewarding your cat briefly every day.
- Small pets: with grain-free treats from JR Farm or a mix of herbs and vegetables. Check the pack to see which small pets the calendar is intended for.
How to use it
Hang the calendar where your dog or cat cannot reach it: with the smell of 24 treats inside, the temptation is great. Open one door a day, for example after the walk or during brushing, and count the treat in the daily ration. If you have several animals, give each one its own calendar so there is no squabbling.
Please note
Dog chocolate is made for dogs and is not the same as chocolate for people. Ordinary chocolate is poisonous to dogs and cats. Store the calendars in a cool, dry place and check the best-before date.
More gifts can be found under Christmas for your pet, Christmas for your dog and Christmas for your cat. Treats for after December are under dog treats and cat treats.
