Probiotics produce short-chain fatty acids, a very important nutrient for the intestinal cells. Dosage
 unless otherwise prescribed by doctor/therapist, twice a day for the first week
< 10 kilos 1 scoop
10 - 25 kilos, 2 scoops
25 - 80 kilos, 3 shovels
> 80 kilos, 5 shovels

Reduce the dosage to once daily after the first week. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage.
The measuring spoon in PUUR Probiotica 50 grams contains approximately 0.5 grams. The measuring spoon in PUUR Probiotica 150 grams contains approximately 2.5 grams.

If it is difficult in practice to administer this product several times a day, once a day or once every two days is sufficient. In that case, give the maximum daily dose. The product will still be effective, but the response may take a little longer.

Once improvement is seen, a maintenance dose can be used. This is usually half the dose indicated on the packaging. When dosing this product, carefully monitor the animal's response. A higher dose may be necessary initially; this product can be safely administered at double the dose. Gradually reduce the dose as improvement occurs, to the lowest possible dose.


Composition:
Maltodextrin, corn starch, Fructo Oligo Saccharides (FOS) and bacterial cultures: Bifidobacterium lactis, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus salivarius and Lactococcus lactis.
1 gram of Pure Probiotic contains 1.0 billion CFU at the time of production.

Administration
Preferably dissolve the powder in lukewarm water, let it stand for fifteen minutes, stir and take/give. Preferably on an empty stomach.

Duration of treatment
In an acute situation, the treatment duration is relatively short. This can range from a few days to 3 weeks. Continue using this product for a few more days after improvement. For prolonged discomfort, the effect is usually visible after 1 to 3 weeks.

This product can be given continuously. It is advisable to take a break for one week after every 6 to 8 weeks. This allows the 'stimulus' to be offered again after the break. Resume treatment immediately if necessary.

Interaction and contraindication
Always use in consultation with the attending veterinarian during pregnancy and lactation.
To date, no side effects of this product have been known or reported.
