How to choose the right size:

It's important to choose the right size for your dog to ensure optimal comfort and effectiveness. Use the guidelines above based on your dog's weight and breed. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger size for extra comfort.

Instructions for use:

  1. Adjust: Place the collar high on your dog's neck and adjust the collar so it fits securely but comfortably.

  2. Nose Loop: Place the nose loop over your dog's snout, just behind the nose and in front of the eyes. The loop should be tight enough not to slip over the nose, but loose enough to be comfortable.

  3. Check the fit: Make sure the collar forms a V-shape when viewed from the side. The nose loop should be able to move without being too tight.

  4. Habituation: Get your dog used to the Gentle Leader® by wearing it indoors for a short time, combined with positive reinforcement such as treats and praise.

  5. Directions: Attach the leash to the ring under your dog's chin. Start with short, positive training sessions and avoid sudden jerks on the leash.
