Effect
Herbs Summer Mix contains a combination of nettle leaves, chamomile herb and flowers, birch leaves, yarrow herb, fennel, field horsetail, hawthorn leaves and flowers, walnut leaves, artichoke leaves and sage. Fennel, yarrow, chamomile, artichoke leaves and sage support digestion. Chamomile and sage are relaxing, and fennel and sage help stimulate the appetite. Birch leaf cleanses the body, hawthorn leaves with flowers are good for circulation, and artichoke leaves are good for the liver and help maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
