Description
Eat Slow Live Longer slow feeder bowl
With the Eat Slow Live Longer Star slow feeder, gulping is a thing of the past! This feeding bowl with a star pattern makes it harder for a dog or cat to get to the dry food, so the pet takes smaller bites, eats more slowly and chews better. The slow feeder has non-slip feet on the underside and is dishwasher safe.
Eating quickly or gulping can cause various problems, such as obesity (because the food is digested less well), gastric torsion and flatulence (because the animal swallows more air). A slow feeder bowl can help reduce or prevent these problems.
Material
The Eat Slow Live Longer slow feeder is made of food-safe plastic that is free from BPA, PVC and phthalates. The non-slip feet are made of rubber.
Use
Use the slow feeder bowl for the daily portion(s) of dry food. Spread the dry food evenly over the bowl. This bowl can also be used for giving treats, so the dog or cat has to make an effort to get to them.
