What is Beaphar Canishield?
Beaphar Canishield is an odourless collar for dogs that provides long-lasting protection against ticks, fleas and sandflies. The collar works using deltamethrin and forms a protective layer over the coat without entering the bloodstream.

Canishield is ideal if you're looking for long-lasting protection without monthly applications. The band is particularly useful during risk periods or when traveling to areas where sandflies (and diseases like leishmaniasis) occur.

How do you use Canishield?
Place the band around the neck, leaving two fingers' width of space, and cut off the excess. Keep the band on continuously for ongoing protection. Always read the package insert before use.
When should you choose this option?
The 48 cm version is suitable for small to medium-sized dogs. If you are looking for a similar leash for larger dogs, choose the longer size (65 cm version).

Do not use on cats or in households where cats may have prolonged skin contact with the collar. Avoid use if skin irritation is present or after application of other deltamethrin products.
