Delivery and delivery time
We'll make sure your order arrives to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Fidello partners with PostNL to deliver your package safely and on time. In some cases, we use QLS or DPD. Below, you'll find all the information about our delivery options and shipping costs.
Ordered before 5:30 PM = delivered tomorrow*
If you place your order on a business day before 5:30 PM, we'll ship it the same day. Below is an overview:
- Ordered on Monday = delivered on Tuesday
- ordered on Tuesday = delivered on Wednesday
- ordered on Wednesday = delivered on Thursday
- ordered on Thursday = delivered on Friday
- Ordered on Friday = delivered on Saturday
- ordered on Saturday = delivered on Tuesday
- ordered on Sunday = delivered on Tuesday
*In some cases, delivery times may not be met. This can be due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays during peak holiday periods. While we have no control over this, we will do everything we can to keep you informed via track and trace and our customer service.

Shipping costs based on weight
Fidello uses a fair and transparent pricing structure for both products and shipping. Below, you'll find an overview of the shipping costs based on the order amount and weight. Our supplier allows a maximum of 23 kg per box. If your order is heavier, it will automatically be distributed across multiple boxes.

Why do we use weight rates?
At Fidello, we strive for fair and transparent pricing, both for our products and for shipping. Heavier packages incur higher shipping costs due to additional handling and transport fees at PostNL. Instead of hiding these costs in the product prices, we use a fair weight system to cover these additional costs. This means you only pay for the actual shipping costs associated with your order, without hidden surcharges. Orders over €49 and under 23 kg ship for free – we're happy to cover those shipping costs. This way, we keep our prices fair and affordable for everyone.
Shipping costs for frozen products
Frozen products have special shipping rates due to their special refrigerated packaging and fast transport. We ship these packages via a dedicated freezer service to ensure they arrive frozen. Below you'll find an overview of the shipping costs, based on the number of packages.

Why do we charge different rates for frozen products?
Frozen products require extra care, insulated packaging, and fast delivery. We don't include these costs in the product prices, but instead provide transparency through a fair shipping rate per number of packages. This way, you know exactly what to expect and only pay for the actual additional shipping costs.
Track and trace
At Fidello, you'll always receive a track and trace code from PostNL or DPD in your email as soon as your order has been shipped. This allows you to easily track your package's location and when it will be delivered. You can also update your delivery address here. Didn't receive a track and trace code? Please send an email to klantenservice@fidello.nl.
Pick up at a PostNL point
Prefer to pick up your package at your convenience? You can change your delivery address to a PostNL point near you via the email you receive after placing your order. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification to pick it up. You should then collect your order within one week.
Pick up in store
It's currently not possible to pick up your order. We're working on offering this option in the future, so you can pick up your package in person at your convenience.
Can I still change my delivery day, time or address?
Yes, that's possible. You can change the delivery time or location of your package until you see the status "Shipment sorted." After that, it's no longer possible.
What happens if I'm not home?
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will try to leave the package with a neighbor or at a nearby collection point. You'll receive a message with information about where you can pick up your package.
