At Fidello, we deliver your order in Belgium quickly, reliably, and with care. We primarily work with PostNL and, in some cases, DPD or QLS. Below, you can read all about delivery times, shipping costs, and delivery options for Belgian customers.

Ordered before 5:30 PM = delivered within 1-2 business days
Delivery possible from Monday to Saturday

In the event of delays due to external circumstances (such as holidays or carrier congestion), we will do our best to keep you well informed via Track & Trace.

For frozen products, we use special refrigerated shipping. The cost is based on the total weight and is €24.95 per 23 kg:

About our rates

We believe in transparency: heavier packages mean higher shipping costs. Instead of incorporating these costs into our product prices, we display them separately. This way, you know exactly what to expect.

For frozen products, we charge extra for refrigerated transport and packaging materials. These costs are divided fairly by weight class.

Track & Trace and delivery

You will receive a Track & Trace email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Not at home? Then the carrier will try to deliver your package to neighbors or a collection point.
You can change the delivery day or delivery address as long as the shipment has not yet been sorted.
