        Het gehele bestelproces ging erg voortvarend. Zodra ik de bestelling had geplaatst kreeg ik snel een order bevestiging en niet lang daarna al een bevestiging van verzending. Mijn bestelling werd dan ook al de dag erna geleverd, nagenoeg binnen 24 uur, wat ik als erg positief heb ervaren.
        Ook was de levering netjes en goed ingepakt en waren de producten zelf van goede kwaliteit. Onze hond was er dan ook meer dan blij mee.
        Kortom, een tevreden klant en een tevreden huisdier.
