Return

We hope you're happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your product within 30 days of receipt. We'll explain how to do that below.

How do returns work?

• You have (at least) 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
• Then you have (at least) 14 days to return the product.
• After you have registered your return, we will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs, within (a maximum of) 14 days.

2. Check and refund
   After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs, to the account you originally used for payment within 14 days . You are responsible for the return shipping costs. There are no additional costs for return shipping.

Returns Policy

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging , to the extent reasonably possible.
• If the product is damaged or shows signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to assess the product, Fidello may apply a reduction in value.

Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned , such as:

• Custom-made products or products that have been personalized especially for you.
• Hygiene products where the seal has been broken.

How can I register my return?

Send an email to customerservice@fidello.nl with your order number and the reason for your return (optional). We'll make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

What happens to returned products?

At Fidello, products get a second life. We offer returned products that are still in good condition as second chances . These items are inspected, refurbished where necessary, and offered at a lower price through our special Refurbished collection . This way, together we reduce waste and give products a second chance.

Legal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at klantenservice@fidello.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
