*) Orders placed on weekdays before 5:30 PM will be handed over to the carrier (PostNL) the same day. Delivery will then be the following day. Depending on the carrier's circumstances, this may take longer or longer. Please take this into account.

**) Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Delivery will then take place within one business day.

Adjusted opening hours & holidays

We have adjusted opening hours for the following days. Orders will not be shipped on these days, or we will close earlier. In that case, the usual shipping time does not apply.

• Monday, May 5 (Liberation Day): order before 4:00 PM instead of 5:30 PM for next-day delivery.
• Thursday, May 29 (Ascension Day): closed

• You can expect a response from us by email within one day
• For personal contact, we are happy to schedule a telephone conversation at a time that suits you best – often within a few hours.
