YowUp! L. Casei contains more than 1 million active L. Casei bacteria. These are enclosed in a microcapsule, so they remain inactive until they reach the cat's stomach. The pH of the stomach dissolves the capsule and the L. Casei bacteria pass into the intestines, retaining their full effect. YowUp! L. Casei also contains vitamins E, D3 and B9 and taurine. These ingredients remain active throughout the product's 24-month shelf life.
